DESCRIPTION

Player keeps weights in both hands. Player performs regular lunges.

COACHING POINTS

In this drill player works on legs' strength. By performing lunges with additional weights player prepares his/her body for the demands of complete tennis development. Coach should pay attention to the technique (knees are not going in front of the toes, upper back straight) to make sure that drill is not harmful for the players.
