DESCRIPTION

Player bends one knee as low as possible and puts their whole weight on this leg, while the other leg is completely straight. Player moves to the other side while bending other leg and straightening the first one.

COACHING POINTS

Make sure that players keep upper body straight, which will work positively on their position on the court.
