8. Introducing Your Team Pattern - Lineout Focus
Tonight we're going to start the development of your lineout. Possibly the most complicated unit skill of all and one that is fundamental to coaching a winning side.
As the Lions found out to their cost in New Zealand 2005. You MUST win the lineout battle if you're going to win the game.
You can never spend too long practicing your lineout. Also, use your best jumpers and throwers. They aren’t always the hooker and the two 2nd rows!
