Sitting down the beach might be doing wonders for your players' tans but their fitness levels will almost certainly be taking a back seat. To help your players rocket out of the blocks this Speed Session improves your players' Agility, Endurance and Speed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
The crux of this session is centred on getting your players running, as well as looking at the movement required by specific players. Through the course of this gruelling interval session your players will get back into the habit of making darting runs, performing convincing dummy moves and running with the ball in hand.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
What sets this session apart from just any old fitness session is its focus on position play. Your players will be running with purpose, visualising how their runs in training will be implemented in a game situation whilst also concentrating on improving their change of pace and turning at speed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
