DESCRIPTION

  • Dimensions du carré : 20m x 20m

    • Les attaquants doivent tenter de dépasser les défenseurs en courant pour marquer un essai. Si le porteur du ballon est touché, il doit passer le ballon à un coéquipier. Après un plaquage, les défenseurs doivent redonner la bande de tissu, rester de leur côté du ballon et NE PAS intercepter ou gêner la passe.

    COACHING POINTS

  • Refer to the rules of Mini Tag in the Rugby Continuum.
  • Attacker run forward, Dodge.
  • Only pass if tagged or is somebody else who can score more easily
  • Support stay on your side of the ball
  • Defender - keep head and shoulders above the waist
  • Head up - look at the tag
  • Give the tag back
