The coach blows his whistle, the supporting lifters go to meet the jumper and go through jump/lift process as shown above.
Jumper to jump with both feet together. Keep core switch on when jumping and point toes down.
Lifter to extend fully, get close together and stay strong throughout.
When confident the unit can then start moving forward then left and right. When this process is good, we can then introduce the ball from
kicking feeder.
