Beginners Pack
This pack contains six sessions that has been developed to help develop your players right from a beginner level. Whether you are coaching athletes who are new to netball or looking for a 6 week teaching block in school, this pack would be perfect for you. The pack is designed to give both you and your players the confidence in order to improve their netball, but ensure that their are learning the correct technique from the start.

Beginners Pack
- in this pack:
 Session 1
This session aims to get your players familiar with the fundamental aspects of netball. These are the building blocks to any players game.
 Session 2:
Get your players movement up to speed and coming in front of their defenders to receive the ball. Your players will also begin to understand the importance of creating and penetrating space.
Session 3
Ensure your players have the correct body positioning whilst defending in order to have the greatest chance of turning over the ball. Also learn how to intercept the ball successfully without contacting the attacker.
Session 4
This session develops your players attacking partnerships, further focusing on their angles and movements in order to get around defenders.
Session 5
This session develops your players defensive partnerships, looking at keeping the attacker high and wide away from the ball to slow down the attack and/or turnover the ball.
Session 6
This session brings all aspects of netball together to get your players really working hard. Further developing both your attacking and defending partnerships, whilst watching the ball now flow through court effortlessly.
