Position cones 8-10m apart. A starts at one cone, F stands with the ball at the other cone. 2 defenders stagger themselves between the two cones as shown.
The idea of the practise is for A (attacker) to take on defence (D) and 'outwit' them. A's movements need to be executed with conviction and no hesitation.
In a designated area, using lines or cones, the white team must attempt to dodge past each defending player.
Defending players can only use sideways movements in order to prevent this.
3 attacking player are the GA, WA, GS.
Centre passes the ball to GA, GA to WA, and WA to GS.
After every attack start again in the same positions.
WA starts wide drawing the WD with her. GA also starts wide.
The GA drives should time their run in court to receive the ball.
The WA drives in court to receive the pass from the C who then runs up court to receive the return pass.
The C then catches the ball and plays to the GA who has made the run to the other side to lose their marker and then passes to the GS to complete the move.

Set up: Players set up in 4 corners 8+ players 2 balls in diagonally opposite corners Players without the balls and at the front of diagonally oppsite lines are the workers. Workers drive out and receive a pass from their left. Worker turns and passes back to the line they came from. Workers then drives back towards the line they came from to receive a short 'anywhere' pass (drop, high, bounce). Worker then drives to their left to receive a long over head ball and passes to the line they were driving towards. Passer sends a long flat ball to worker who then finishes off with a pass to the opposite line they originally started from.
Players work with one ball in pairs inside a square area. The player without a ball (Red 1) sprints across the box to receive the ball on the other side. Player 1 then turns as they receive the pass. Red 2 then runs across to receive ball on the other side etc. Make sure players are balanced and are in control before they make the next pass. The worker must not move across the square until the feeder is ready to release the ball.
To practice running off the ball players work in pairs, with 1 ball between 2. The stipulation for this drill is that one player can only pass square whereas the other one can only straight forward. After each pass the player has to run across to the next cone to be able to receive the next ball and continue the movement.
Equipment: 2 balls, half court space, 6+ players. 4 players stand as posts in a square as set out in video. Approximatly half way down 1/3 and near halfway. 2 other players, the workers, start on the baseline with the balls, one each. Workers pass ball out to first posts on a diagonal and follow the pass to recieve a short pass from first post. Workers then pass straight on to the second posts and follow the pass. Second post players toss a high ball for the workers to catch. Workers stay put and the second post players run down court to recieve a long pass to the point of the first posts. First posts move down and will become the workers in the next round.
Split group into 3 equal teams. Ideally 6 per team. 1 team is the attackers, 1 team are defenders, 1 team is resting off the court. Split court in half. Half of the defence and attack are restricted to defending half of court while the rest of the players are restricted to attacking half of the court. 1 A starts with the ball on the baseline. Attackers have 5 minutes to get the ball to the other end of the court and score as many times as they can. If the ball is tipped, intercepted or dropped the ball is taken back to the start. After 5 minutes, defenders become attackers, attackers come off to rest, resting team become defenders.

*AUDIO DESCRIPTION ON* Set up : Half court, 3 stationary feeders, 3 balls, 1 attacker, 1-3 defence. Feeders are placed in an extended triangle formation. Each feeder has a ball. Attacker drives out from transverse line to first feeder where a pass is received, attacker returns pass and moves around the feeder. Attacker does so with the other two feeders in the extended triangle formation creating a 'zig zag'. Attacker works her way through the 'zig zag' in both directions without errors.
