Pass and Get
Set up: 5+ players, 1 ball, 1/3 space
Two lines of players (one behind each other) face a stationary feeder.
Front two players from each line drive out on a diagonal towards sideline.
Feeder delivers ball to one of the drivers. The player who did not receive the ball is to drive towards the player with the ball and receive a pass.
The player who received the first pass the drives towards the stationary feeder to get an ‘intercept’.
The player who intercepted now becomes the stationary feeder for the next two players who drive out. Both of the other players involved go to the back on the line.
Add in defence: Feeder becomes the defender once they have delivered their pass to the attackers.
