Set up a triangle with two players on each point.
Players have to weave from the back to in front in order to receive the pass from the player to their right (ball travels in a clockwise direction).
Once players have received the pass they then pass the ball to the front of the next point in the triangle for another player to weave and receive.
Progression:
Now, after players have weaved their way to the front to make the interception and made the pass to the next player they must follow their pass and join the front of the line on the next point of the triangle (by joining the front of the line this ensures that the player that was already on the cone will be go next).
