The feeder starts the drill by throwing the ball up for both players to compete for and try to gain control of the ball.
Repeat and rotate roles after 5 passes.
Variation:
The player who doesn't get control of the ball must then drop off three feet and try to block the return pass to the feeder.
The feeder can move the players around by feeding left or right as well.
