Player 2 runs to receive the ball from player 1 before then carrying the ball to the cones.
Player 2 then turns 180 degrees and passes the ball to player 1 who has followed their pass up the field to support. Player 2 then runs to the back of the other queue as players 1 receives the ball and then passes it across the area to the opposite line (white player 1).
Both queues should be working at the same time.
Start this drill at half pace before then going into full pace.
If a player's pass goes astray during this practice make them do 10 press-ups once the drill is completed.
