DESCRIPTION

Player 1 runs square across the pitch with the ball and then passes the ball into the space for the wide man to run onto the ball both sides. Then alternate sides.

switch attacking pattern | Passing & Receiving

switch attacking pattern:

Player 1 plays the ball across to 2, who in turn plays it up inside the cones to 3 who shoots at goal. Player 2 then moves to where 3 was and 3 joins the back of their queue.

As soon as player 3 has shot then 4 passes the ball across to 1, who plays it up the line to 6 who then shots. Player 1 then moves to where 6 was and 6 joins the back of their queue. Play then continues in this fashion.

Roll Strong and Switch | Passing & Receiving

Roll Strong and Switch:

Player 1 passes the ball to player 2 who has run across the pitch.

On receiving the ball, player 2 turns around and runs towards the goal and passes the ball into the path of player 3.

Player 3 takes the ball and shoots.

Run out to receive reverse | Passing & Receiving

Run out to receive reverse:

One player starts outside the square with the ball the next player runs out to receive the baqll on the reverse and passes it on the next player comeing out of the square. After the pass it is important that the players return to the square.

run out to receive and pass on:

Players start on small square and run out to the corner of the bigger square to receive the ball.

After having received the ball and having passed it on to the next player the player should return to the middle square.
