Run forward till arm length distance and pass.

variations :
- pass along side the head of the defender
- pass along side the body of the defender
- bounce pass

- center shot
- jump shot
- after feinting to pass to another player

- center shot with pressure into the direction of the goal, threatening to throw at the goal

- push pass
- bounce pass
- with both hands
