Start at 1 and move with sidesteps towards the next cone, lift your right knie over the cone and move further to the next cone in sidesteps, lift your right knee over the next cone, etc.
Always lift the same leg!
• Distance between cones is 3 meters.
• Do the drill at full speed 3 - 5 times or for 30 seconds.
