DESCRIPTION

B1 and A1 sprint around the cones at the throw off line.
A1 receives a pass from A2.
A1 and B1 play together and score a goal aginst goalkeeper 1.
Then they sprint around the cones to the other half an receive a pass from feeder C.
A1 and B1 play against defender C to score agoal against goalkeeper 2 and take their positions agian.

COACHING POINTS

A1 or B1 take the place of the defender when ther is a wrong pass or no goal.

Fast Break - Combination Pass 2v1:

In this move the winger start with the ball and passes the keeper who returns the pass to the center back.

At this point the wing back and the winger both make a forward run. Once the wing back receives the pass from the center back the defender is then free to run forward to put pressure on the wing back.

The wing back must read the situation and decide on the best way to progress the attack. They can either pass the ball to the winger who has made a looping run behind them or they can carry the ball forward themselves for the shot on goal.

Drill continues until a shot/interception has been made.

fast break

3:2:1 defence:

Pass B3-B1 who duels with R1.
After duel B2 starts for the fast break and goes to queue of R1.

3:2:1 defence

passing varieties/catching-passing:

variations in passing :
- center shot with pressure into the direction of the goal, threatening to throw at the goal
- center shot with pressure into the direction of the goal, threatening to throw at the pivot
- jump shot (3,2,1 step rythym, jump off with 'wrong' foot
- push pass
- bounce pass
- with both hands

passing varieties/catching-passing

fast break:

Pass B-goal keeper - B.
Half long pass.
B throws at the goal.
R try to defend when ball crosses the throw off line.
Take position at the other group.

Defender :
- half active
- fully active
