Handball: 4 v 2 - Using the wing players

Player 1 dribbles around the cone and at the same time player 2 sprints around his cone. Player 1 dribbles deliberately towards their defender (defender 1) and passes to player 2 as soon as they are attacked by defender 1. Attacker 2 should use a combination of speed and movement to get past defender 2 and then shoot at the goal.

Player 1 dribbles around their cone whilst player 2 sprints around their cone. Player 1 deliberately dribbles towards defender 1 in an attempt to draw the defender towards them. Meanwhile player 2 runs forward, looking to draw the defender away from player 3. Depending on which player defender 2 marks player 1 should pick out the unmarked player. This player should then shoot on the turn at goal.

Attackers dribble towards the goal and throw at the goal. Once done, they get their balls back and go to the other queue.

Attacker 1 dribble towards the goal and passes to attacker 2 who throws at the goal. Once done, they get their balls back and go to the other queue.

Attacker 1 dribbles towards the goal and passes to attacker 2 who tries to score a goal. Once done, they get their balls back and go to the other queue.

Attacker 2 passes inside to player 1 in the middle. They then deliberately run towards the defender on their side of the court. They continue their run and use a fake to wrong-foot the defender, before pushing off their outside foot and driving off in the opposite direction - ready to receive the pass!

Attacker throws the ball to feeder player in the middle. They then run forward and feint past the defender without the ball before running the other way around the receive the return ball back from the feeder. The attacker then finishes the move with a shot on goal.

Attackers take it in turns to dribble towards the defender and take them on in a 1 vs 1.

The 2 attacker must progress up the court and get past both defenders, one at a time before having a shot on goal. Players can use a mixture of passes, feints and fakes to progress up the court.

Attacker 2 dribbles towards the goal and the blue defender runs out to pressure him. The attacker then plays the pass around the defender to their partner in the center, before then making a speedy movement to get past defender 2. The attacker then receives the return pass and throws at the goal.

Green and white palyers dribble through the sectors of the blue defenders. Every attacker has to be guarded and guided by a blue defender. Defenders give over the dribbling attackers - real defending is allowed : stealing balls from attackers : defender gets ball and becomes an attacker and attackers becomes defender.

Playing inside half a court at both sides there is a coned area about 2 meters deep. Each team must attack the other team's zone whilst defending their own. Aim of the game : To try and bring the ball into the 'enemy' zone and make a try.

Children run around and when the trainer blows his whistle every player sprints to a hoop and stands still in it. The one who is last loses and has to dribble around the court once before entering the game again. Make them : - running forward - running backwards - side steps - cross over steps - knees- high - heels to bottom walk - on tip toe

There is one hoop less than the number of children. Play the music and kids run around. When you stop the music, the children must look for a hoop and stand in it. There will be one player who has no hoop - this player starts dribbling around the field till the end of the game. Take one hoop away after every stop. Who will be last

A tag-man tags other players. You cannot be tagged if you stand in a hoop. - one player per hoop - you may stand in a hoop for not more than 3 seconds - the tag-man may not wait at a hoop till the 3 seconds are over

A passes to feeder B, sprints around the cones, receives pass from the feeder. Attacker A has 4 choices depending on the defenders' actions: shoot at the goal, get past defender and shoot at the goal or pass to pivot C or pass to wing player D when he goes past defender 1 on the left side. Defender 3 and 4 try to close the gaps. Change position to the right.

A passes to feeder B, sprints around the cones, receives pass from the feeder and throws at the goal. Defenders 1 and 2 try to block the goalshots by only jumping and blocking. They do not come forward. Change position to the right.
