Tag man tries to tag others.
Everybody moves sidewards.
- don't jump when moving sidewards
- slightly bended knees

Players are in a circle.
Pairs are opposite eachother and get the same number.
When the trainer calls out a number, the pair in question sprint to the ball and try to get it before the other one of the pair does.
- just touch the ball and sprint back : Who is back first ?
- run backwards back to your position
- hop one one leg to the ball and back
- make the distance to the ball larger, shorter
One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players.
This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players.
Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.

Two teams, opposite.

Defender in the center tries to intercept ball.

Run towards the mat and : - roll once and run back. Which group has finished first ? Varioations : - run around it - jump on it 5 times
Players ask the tag man if they may cross. The tag man says yes. Players ask : How ? Tag man says how the players must cross : - sidewards - frog leap - on all fours - just running etc. Variations : - tagged players help tag man - tagging allowed only at certain spots on the body : back, leg, shoulder - tag (touch) twice - cross at a sign - cross whenever you like - make the area bigger/smaller
Pairs. Player in front makes the pace and decides on how to run, hop, knees high, heels to botton, walk on tiptoe, walk on heels, side steps etc The other player follows and imintates.
The red player is the tagger and is trying to tag the other players. When the players who trying to avoid being tagged fall down on a mat they cannot be tagged. However, there can be no more than two players to a mat so if there are already two players on a mat and a third player jumps on the player who has been on the mat the longest must get off.
In this game players run inside the area and attempt to avoid being caught by the taggers. Players are safe from being tagged if they are sitting on the floor, with their feet off the ground. Players are only allowed to stay on the floor for 3 seconds, then they have to get up and run away again. Tag men are not allowed to wait for the player during these 3 seconds.
Tag man tags other players. When tagged go and help the tag man until everybody ist tagged.
You cannot be tagged if : - lying on the floor on your back - lying on the floor on your tummy

Split your group in half and line them up behind two different cones on the sideline. On the coach's call players from both line run one at a time around the cone and back. Once they're back the next player can go. However, to make things hard for them there are two players on the cone on the opposite side of the court who are trying to block the running players. Which group will finish first?
All kind of materials are on an island of mats. Two or three players defend the traesure and the others try to rob objects from the mats. When tagged by the tagplayers the robbers go to their own mat and try again. The game ends when all the material is robbed. Players who robbed most things are winners.
Players move around the court, when the coach whistles they all run to a mat and make a somersault and afterwards they roll over sidewards twice.
