DESCRIPTION

Ask children to carefully move in space on tip toes. On teachers signal, children should push hands into the air. Repeat several times. Ask children to run about the hall quietly. Then ask them to run about the hall loudly.

COACHING POINTS

  • Ask children: What made your running quiet? What made it heavy?
  • Ask children: How did you feel when you banged you feet down? Which was easier, running loudly or qiuetly? Why?
