DESCRIPTION

  • Approach bench from a more acute angle with a one step lunge.
  • Place hands on bench transfering the weight from one to the other.
  • Take hips as high as possible over hands.
  • Exit to mats as straight as possible with chest forwards.
  • Allow momentum to continue forwards.
  • Walk out.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Keep legs and arms extended.
  • Wheel along the bench but push chest forward, in direction of travel, at exit.
  • Keep forward movement for preparation for next agility.
