DESCRIPTION

Jump to long shape 2 to 2 with full pirouette.

COACHING POINTS

Identify point of focus high in front.

Swing arms up and jump to long shape.

Pull lead shoulder back, turn head to look past lead arm and pick up point of focus.

Drop arms wide to slow down twisting action.

Landing:-

Flex hips and knees, push knees forward, drop hips down, back straight, and lower arms to the sides of the body.
