Description

  • Pupils jump forwards to take weight on hands and arms.
  • Hips are kept high and feet are brought to outside of hands.

    Coaching points

  • At first keep a short distance between hands and feet. Slowly increase.
  • Aim to keep legs extended.
  • Head up and eyes forward
