    Star Pass and Follow Drill | Passing

    Star Pass and Follow Drill:

    Ball starts on one of the corners. This player passes and follows the ball into the middle. The middle player catches the ball and pass / follows the ball to the next player.

    Three player rotation - Straight passing attack | Shooting

    Three player rotation - Straight passing attack:

    Player from the left (1) runs in the direction of the basket (cuts in) to receive the passhe cone from the middle player (2 )

    At the same time the player on the right (3) has time his/her run to be able to receive the pass from player 1 at the 2nd cone nearer the basket.

    After receiving the ball the player has to take a shot as soon as possible.

    Two man passing | Warmup

    Two man passing:

    Players will stand 10 feet apart, each having a basketball in their right hand.

    Going across the width of the court, keeping the same distance apart, the players will make underhanded passes to each other.

    Once they get to the other sideline, they will go back towards where they started.

    V Cut drill - 3 Players | Passing

    V Cut drill - 3 Players:

    Player 1 passes to player 2, player 1 then runs around the cone in the middle and out to the space. Player 2 passes to player 3 before running to the middle cone and into the space. The practice should then continue passing and cutting into the space.
