1. Start from a freeball toss to opposing team. 2. Enforce communication: Yelling "free!" and "down!". 3. Work on transition. 4. Rotate when a downball is hit from the backrow, over the net and in. 5. If passing, setting or spiking the ball over, do not rotate. 6. Celebrate each point!
