Description
Getting Front Row players to transition off of net to pass free ball and ready for approach/kill
- players start at net with setter in RB
- Coach slaps ball and tosses in front of 10' line
- Players transition and pass ball to setter who sets to one of them to approach and hit.
Coaching points
- get players to react quickly and atransitin off of net
- teach players to pass wiht hand when ever possible
