Progression 1:

1. Coach sets over the net.

2. Position 6 sets to to the setter.

3. Position 4 calls '11's'

4. Settter sets to Positiion 4.

Progression 2:

1. Coach sets over the net.

2. Position 6 sets to to the setter.

3. Position 3 calls 'Metre'

4. Settter sets a metre ball to Positiion 3.

Progression 3:

1. Coach sets over the net.

2. Position 6 sets to to the setter.

3. Position 2 calls 'Reds'

4. Settter sets a metre ball to Positiion 2.

Coaching points

1. Spiker calls.

2. Setter makes a plan.
