Description
Send players a free ball, the recieving team will set the outside hitter a '5' set. The hitter will swing to target in left back or left front. The defensive team will repeat the steps; creating outside v. outside
Coaching points
If players are having trouble hitting to target, have them set the ball over or send a free ball.
