Players each have a ball and start in the inner square. BOTH HANDS hold the ball. 2 chasers outside of the inner square, stand on the line of the outer square. Players must get outside the larger square without being tagged by chasers. Tagged players must put their ball outside the large square and become a chaser. If player gets outside the large square but is only holding the ball with 1 hand, they become a chaser.
Teaches speed and agility, awareness and quick thinking. The "2 Hands on the Ball" rule both reminds and gets the players use to running while holding the ball properly.
