RED = DRIVE, BLACK= PASS 1. Start from top of circle, pass to mid circle drive, 2. Mid Circle pass to 45 drive; 3. 45 pass to base line drive; 4. Shoot, Rebound & Pass to Top Drive

COACHING POINTS

- Join the line you passed to. - Start with a straight drive for U13s & intro pre-lims, 15s & 17s must have prelims. -Add area Def to circle & outercircle x1 in each region. WHY DO YOU NEED TO HIT THE CIRCLE BEFORE FEEDING? WHY SHOULD YOU REOFFER ON CIRCLE?
