Jake Kiddell Coach, England

DESCRIPTION

The goal of the game is to get the ball from your home end of the court to the opposing teams. The game starts from one baseline and end on the other with extra lines between thirds. The game starts in the middle of the centre third but only one member of the starting team and only one defender (who should NOT defend passes here) are on this line. The other two members and two defenders are on the next line up ready to receive the ball. If the pass is made then the player who made the pass runs onto the next line to be passed onto along with the player who didn`t receive a pass. Each defender should stick with one players including the one with the ball. If the defenders intercept the ball the defender who didn`t intercept runs to the new attacking line where the pass came from with the other defender already there and the game switches over.
