The court is clearly divided into three thirds. each third has two people in it, these are the defenders.Everyone else lines ip at one end of the court. The first couple can enter the first third and must pass between each other a total of five times. If they are intercepted, then they have to go to the back of the line and start again. If they are successful they can move forward, and complete the same activity in the middle third. Again, if they are intercepted, they must go back to the end of the line and start again. Players may only enter the third when the couple before them have moved on.Once everyone has gone through, the defenders are replaced with the attackers and the process begins again. For added competition, have teams pair internally and play team verse team.
