DESCRIPTION

Four feeders, 1 per square start at Blue D square with one defender and one attacker in the square, and 1 defender waiting in the remaining squares. In this instance Red C is the attacker, they must receive 3 passes from Blue D. Black C must defend. Once 3 passes have been completed and fed back to Blue D, the defender (black C) moves onto the next square. The attacker (Red C) remains in the square and becomes the a defender. Black C is now the attacker who must receive 3 passes from Blue A. Red GD defends. Once 3 passes have been received by Black C and fed back to Blue A, then Red GD moves to the next square. Black C remains in the square and becomes the defender. Continue process around the squares. On completion of 3 passes in the last square (Red D's square), the attacker (Black WD) joins the back of the line, the defender (Red GA) moves to Blue D's square where they become an attacker, and the next person in line (Red GK) enters square to become a defender.
