i have chosen this exercise because it will allow the players to work on their footwork, this means that it`ll reduce the chances of them losing the ball when they have possession of it. Here we see the blacks passing the ball by anyway they want to pass the ball to try and catch out the whites. once they have passed the ball on then the whites have to use their foot work to get to the ball and stop suddenly. then the whites do it back to the other players who have to watch their footwork. This goes on for 15 minutes.
