Jayme Other, England

DESCRIPTION

The players are to jog around the area when I blow the whistle, players should run into the hoop and land with one foot in the hoop and one foot outside of the hoop shouting one two stuck like glue, this is practicing the one two footwork rule. The players will show balance but putting their 2nd foot back into the hoop. I will then shout go and the players will carry on again. This practice gives the players a different focus e.g. the hoops as well as their landing.
