DRILL IS MIRRORED ON EITHER SIDE 1. Player engages in `fast feet` (along with partner on opposite side of goal post) until coach calls "Go". 2. Player moves through ladder (whatever pattern they`re comfortable with). 3. Player moves through hurdles with high knees. 4. Player makes a lead up towards centre third. 5. At cone, player engages in "preliminary move" to lose their imaginary opponent before next lead. 6. Player (having lost their opponent) drives onto the goal ring. Circuit begins again.
