- 2 cones. In 3âs. 1 ball. 1 defender, 1 attacker, 1 thrower. - The defender and attacker will work between 2 cones. The attacker will be passive. - The defenders aim is to keep their attacker where they can see and feel them, shadowing where they move. The defenders back should be facing attacker and they should try to keep head up so they can see ball and player. - The defender wants to keep on their toes, with weight on the foot closest to the defender and slightly lent forwards, using small steps with fast feet. - Rotate turns.
- KTPâs defender have attacker where they can see/feel them. - Keep on toes, ready to go for first ball if the attacker leads.
