The Att. starts with a pass to the defender. After the Att. receives the ball back he must accelerate towards the D. at This moment the defender needs to escort the Att. as far as he can to the side of the field. If the defender or Att. sees an opportunity to eliminate eachother they have to go for it.
- Really focus on escorting the Att. to the side. - Tell the Att. he needs to step up his game step by step so he helps training the defender - Defender needs to stop as soon as the Att. can strike or had outplayed the defender.
