4 cones Split them into 4 groups - 1 group on 1 cone 1 cone has 1 exercise - INCORPORATE STICK INTO EXERCISES 4 rounds Each round is 1 min. 15 sec. rest between each round 1st Bootcamp - Stations: cone 1: pushups cone 2: situps cone 3: jump squats cone 4: jumping jacks 2nd Bootcamp - Stations: cone 1: roll stick in hands from one side to other (what i showed you in car) cone 2: leg lifts cone 3: sumo squats cone 4: burpees
