Set Up: grids 5x5m Distance from one group to the other 10m (depending on age) 2 Groups either side of the goal WITH balls 2 groups behind the grids WITHOUT balls. Drill: Players next to the goal are the passers (player A) Players in the grid are the shooter. (Player B) Player A passes to Player B Player A has to control the ball inside the grid before they are allowed to shoot. Once Player A has passed the ball they then become a shooter. Player B then becomes a Passer. Variations: 2 touch only ball played in the air once the ball is passed player A becomes a defender 1v1 two players start in the grid. one lays the ball off to the other.
