The aim is for teams to get as many points as they can by hitting the target balls in the centre of the square with their footballs. The game is started with the coach shouting "Go" or giving some kind of trigger. One player from each team then has to run as fast as they can around the whole square (no cutting corners), back to their cone and shoot the ball at the targets. Points are awarded depending on which target they hit. Usually the central target it worth more points. Coaches can change the amount of points as the game goes on - perhaps make the targets worth more as they go on to get the group more excited? Also vary the way they run around the square - one legged hops? Froggy jumps? Bear crawl?...
Look up at the targets before you shoot to compose yourself. Shoot with inside of foot or laces. Lean forward, over the ball to keep it down.
