Description
this drill is based on reflexes. the coach blows the whistle and using only their hands they must get the ball before the other player.
Coaching points
make it a competition, run a mini league so that it makes them far more interested and more engaged.
make sure they dont headbut eachother, and theres no cheating.
if seen cheating punish them to some sort of fitness.
