- players get into defensive stance in 2 lines across from each other - players slide down court passing back and foth until they reach the end - jog back to end of line - bounce then progress to chess Variations 1. run

COACHING POINTS

- keep body on one level - knees bent - feet wide - balls of feet - quick, choppy steps - target made - pass from chest - same finish - pass infront of partner
