DESCRIPTION

drill 1: simple bounce the ball 5 times in the box then burst out. progression dribble with weak hand and burst out. coach shouts out what direction they go (front, back, left, right). Drill 2 5 bounces then burst out to the end cone and back. progression use weak hand add in cross overs. drill 3 same as drill 2 but when they burst out, they go in and out of the cones.

use fingertips when dribbling bouncey strides keep ball low.
