Both players will run to the basket, tap the backboard 5 times, slide to the sideline, run backwards to the 3/4 court cone, slide to the middle, jog back to the line.

1. Variation Add Basketball. Hold out on slide.

Coaching points

Defensive slides, keep low, no cross over, no foot to foot contact.

Focus on intensity.
