- Drill run simultanously from both sides of the court - BD initiates the offensive action by cutting hard to the baseline (âbounce the baselineâ), then straight back to BA for the pass - BD lands on two feet facing the pass and then performs a proper forward pivot using their inside foot - After the pivot to face the basket, BD fakes a shot, then cross step dribble drives for a layup - BA times a cut to the same side elbow and is ready for the kickout pass - BD drives in, but stops, performs backward pivot on inside foot and passes to BA, who shoots from the elbow - BD gets rebound and passes to RA, then BD fills in behind RA (high cone on opposite side from where they started) - BA fills in on same side of court at the low cone - Action continues on opposite side once RA receives the ball with RD cutting to the baseline NOTE: Can be run with two balls going simultaneously once all athletes have a handle on the motion and where they are supposed to go after each movement.
