This is all about agility training. Testing the athletes on how well they're able to turn while still maintaining a decent speed. The athletes stand behind a marker; like so; waiting for a whistle or a command to go. This tests reaction time and agility.
Make sure they follow that P shape. The whole aim of this is to follow the cones as shown, testing each turn as they go around. Pick them out if they don't follow that last turn on the P before going back to the start. You can also change directions if you move 2 more cones on the right like the left is set up.
