Basketball Drill Demonstration


All teams are to run to the first marker of their line. (Black, Blue and Green) Then jump the three hurdles, then continue to stutter step through the ladder and reach the final cone. (again, black, blue or green) The person is to pick up the ball and dribble back to the starter marker (orange) and then drop the ball and restart the circuit. Same reps, time and numbers/groups as the previous exercise.
