- D passes ball to A - A steps in and lands on both feet to receive ball - A performs backward pivot on inside foot, then cross step dribble drives down the floor - D waits for A to put the ball down on the floor before initiating chase - A drive in for the lay up, D must get rebound before ball hits the floor - If D gets position on A (defense gets ahead of offense) it's a turnover - Players reverse roles on the way back - Set up can be on Right or Left side of the court (Run the drill cross court on side basekts to minimize standing around)
