Four cones, One ball split the team around the four cones.
The ball starts in one of the corners the first player runs to the middle of the cones to recieve the pass shown as Red A. Then the next player at the following cone will run to the middle of the cones to recieve the pass (Blue A). Once a person has passed the ball on they then run to the back of the following line.
