IS there any way i can learn the rugby side step??

Side stepping - One Step: Run at an object such as a pole or Dustbin, one step away from the object, Hard step off Left foot to go Right and Hard step off Right foot to go left. Remember the object represents a Stationery Defender, dont step on an Angle or the defender can touch you, "If Defenders cannot touch you, they cant tackle you" Once you become proficient at it learn to change the ball carrying arm, because as you step the defender in front of you you must be able to fend off the next defender. If you carry the ball in your right shoulder and hard step off your Left foot, as you step you must change the ball arm as the next defender will be to your right side.

What you say:
What a fantastic tool. I've found a few drills that are unfamiliar, but that's to be expected after playing for 27 years. The Chalk Board and Session tools make an unbelievable difference in both time and organization.
